Unopened products in original, unused packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less return shipping. For safety and regulatory reasons, opened chemical products cannot be returned.
Equipment (pumps, generators, sprayers, SwitchBox) may be returned unused within 30 days and may be subject to a restocking fee; freight items incur return freight and restocking costs.
Defective or transit-damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost — contact us within 5 business days. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
